These terms govern the use of aniprotech. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

aniprotech is software for raising and sending invoices and quotes, managing employees, running payroll, recording attendance and leave, and taking payment for invoices. It is provided as it stands, and features may be added, changed or withdrawn.
There is no subscription and no monthly fee. You add credit to a wallet, and each chargeable action draws from it. Every action has a free monthly allowance that resets at the start of each calendar month. Current prices are shown on the pricing section of our home page and in the application.
Prices may change. Where they do, the change applies to actions taken after it. Credit already added is not affected.
Credit is not refundable except where the law requires it, or where an action was charged for and did not happen — in which case the charge is returned to the wallet automatically.
You may connect your own payment provider so your customers can pay your invoices. That money is between you, your customer and your provider. We do not hold it and we take no cut of it.
Where the platform's own payment account is used to collect on your behalf, the amount collected is owed to you and is paid out separately. It is your money and we hold it only until it is transferred.
Card and bank details are entered on your provider's own pages. We never see or store them.
Everything you put into aniprotech remains yours. We claim no ownership of it. We store and process it to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You can export your invoices and records at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account.
We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is doing any of these. Where it is safe and lawful to do so, we will say why.
You are responsible for what you send through aniprotech and for having the right to contact the recipient. If you connect your own Google account or mail server, messages leave from your address and their delivery depends on that provider, not on us.
We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Maintenance, provider outages and faults happen. We do not offer a service level agreement unless we have agreed one with you in writing.
Keep your own records. We take backups, but you should keep your own copies of anything you are legally required to retain, such as invoices and payroll records. Do not rely on us as your only copy.
Some features use an AI model to draft text — an invoice description, an email, a job advert. What it produces is a starting point and may be wrong. Read it before you send it. You remain responsible for anything you send, and we are not liable for the content of generated text you choose to use.
You may stop using aniprotech and ask us to close your account at any time. We may close an account that breaches these terms, or with 30 days' notice for any other reason. On closure you may export your data first, and unused wallet credit is refunded if we closed the account for a reason other than a breach.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows: the service is provided without warranties of any kind; we are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses; and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.
We may change these terms. The date at the top will change, and for anything significant we will tell account holders by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting it.
These terms are governed by the law of the United Kingdom, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
